We started as all small businesses do with a wild dream, a borrowed scoby, and a wood barrel. We loved and nurtured that scoby to what it is today, producing the areas best kombucha! Initially brewing and experimentation began in our kitchen at home in Duluth, MN. We then moved to the Small Business Center in Superior,WI where we began experimenting with flavoring and carbonation to bring you the product we have today!
