Uffda Kombucha was founded in 2019 by Colin Zervas, Mckenna Dagger, and Rachael Murphy with a passion for creating delicious and healthy fermented tea beverages. Our kombucha is made with all organic ingredients and a unique blend of cultures, resulting in a refreshing and probiotic-packed drink. Our mission is to provide our customers with the highest quality kombucha while being environmentally conscious, socially responsible, and striving to be accessible to all.

We believe that everyone deserves to have access to healthy and delicious food and drink. We’ve been serving the local community for 4 years and have since expanded our reach to Duluth, Superior, Grand Marais, and Grand Rapids.

So who is Uffda Kombucha?

Our First Post Ever!

We started out by serving our kombucha out of growlers which we had custom-made and were shipped to us on a giant pallet.

Lots of posts for New Year’s and Christmas

We came out hot running promotions and posting daily to get people excited around Christmas and New Year’s.

First Client

Going out and finding our first clients was nerve-racking! Ursa Minor welcomed us with open arms.

The kombucha industry is all about collaboration and teamwork!

Deane’s Kombucha out of St. Paul helped us get started.

People want to know the process and education is key!

We can be found either in cans or on tap in 36 locations throughout the Twin Ports. We plan to grow by 30% this year with the addition of Hard Kombucha coming this March!
